Add the recommended number of drops to your diffuser and follow the device instructions. Use in a well-ventilated room.

🌸 Personal Inhaler
Add an appropriate amount to an aromatherapy inhaler and enjoy during meditation, journalling or quiet moments.

🧴 Perfume / Body Oil
Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a suitable carrier oil. Apply sparingly to pulse points after patch testing.

🧼 Hair & Body Care
Add only to a properly formulated shampoo, conditioner, lotion or cosmetic base.

🛁 Aromatic Bath
Mix with a suitable essential-oil dispersant or professionally formulated bath base. Do not add undiluted oil directly to bathwater or Epsom salts.

Water-based sprays require a suitable solubiliser, broad-spectrum preservative and proper formulation. Water or witch hazel alone will not safely disperse essential oils.
