These Terms & Conditions govern your use of naturetherapy.sg and purchases made from Nature Therapy. By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Returns information.
Please read them carefully before completing a purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. About Nature Therapy
Nature Therapy operates naturetherapy.sg and supplies aromatherapy products to customers in Singapore. References to “Nature Therapy”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to the operator of this website.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients and guidance accurately. Display colours and packaging may vary by device, production batch or supplier updates. Product information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and should always be read together with the product label.
Essential oils and aromatherapy products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow label directions, dilution guidance and appropriate safety precautions. Seek qualified professional advice where necessary, particularly during pregnancy, for children, around pets or where a medical condition is involved.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable discounts, delivery charges and the final order total are shown before payment. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted.
Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout. Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their security checks and terms.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information appears inaccurate, fraud is suspected or a pricing or listing error has occurred.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method where practicable.
6. Availability and purchase limits
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items or restrict sales where reasonably necessary. Where only part of an order is unavailable, we may contact you, refund the unavailable item or proceed with the remaining items as appropriate.
7. Delivery, collection and returns
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may arise from couriers, weather, access restrictions or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for arranging receipt of the parcel.
Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement or refund is governed by our Delivery & Returns page and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us with relevant details if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility, duration and exclusions. Unless expressly permitted, they cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Reviews and user submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, based on your genuine experience and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant Nature Therapy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting our business.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, promotional, infringes rights or otherwise breaches these terms. We are not obliged to publish every submission.
10. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including text, design, graphics, photographs, logos and software—are owned by or licensed to Nature Therapy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
11. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, misuse promotions, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
12. Third-party services and links
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, payment providers, couriers, apps or marketplaces. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those rights, Nature Therapy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a greater liability is required by law.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, labour disputes, public-health measures, governmental action, system outages or failures of suppliers and service providers.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, practices or legal obligations. The current version will be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.
