❄️ NATURAL SOLIDIFICATION

Rose Otto may naturally thicken or solidify at temperatures around 20°C / 68°F. This is normal and does not indicate a quality issue.

To liquefy, keep the bottle tightly closed, place it inside a sealed bag and warm it gently in lukewarm water. Do not microwave, boil or expose the bottle to direct heat.
