Add the recommended number of drops to your diffuser and follow the device instructions. Use in a well-ventilated room.

Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a suitable carrier oil. Apply sparingly to pulse points after patch testing.

Mix with a suitable essential-oil dispersant or professionally formulated bath base. Do not add undiluted oil directly to bathwater or Epsom salts.
