💧 HOW TO USE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
FOR ADULT DIFFUSION
Use very sparingly.
Add no more than 1 drop to a larger diffuser blend, following the diffuser’s capacity and operating instructions.
Recommended approach:
• Blend 1 drop Oregano with several drops of gentler oils
• Diffuse intermittently
• Keep the room well ventilated
• Stop immediately if the aroma causes coughing, headache, nausea or discomfort
Do not use for direct inhalation, facial steaming or close-range inhaler application.
FOR TOPICAL USE
Oregano Essential Oil is a powerful skin irritant.
Maximum topical dilution: 1%.
For a 10 ml adult body blend:
• No more than 2 drops Oregano Essential Oil
• 10 ml suitable carrier oil
Drop sizes vary, so formulate by percentage whenever possible.
Patch test before use and apply only to a small area of healthy, unbroken skin. A lower concentration may be more appropriate for sensitive users.

🏠 HOUSEHOLD-FRAGRANCE USE

Oregano may be added in very small amounts for fragrance to a professionally formulated household-cleaning base.
Important:
• Do not mix directly into plain water or vinegar
• Use an appropriate solubiliser where required
• Follow the cleaning-base manufacturer’s instructions
• Wear gloves when preparing household products
• Avoid inhaling concentrated vapour or spray mist
• Test on a hidden surface first
• Keep away from children, pets, food and kitchen preparation areas
