Add an appropriate amount to a compatible aromatherapy inhaler. Enjoy during work, presentations, travel or everyday routines.

Adults: Dilute to 3–5% in a suitable carrier oil, subject to current label guidance.
Children aged 2–10: Dilute to 1–2% with adult preparation and supervision.
Apply sparingly to intact skin on the wrists or arms after patch testing. Avoid the face, neck, hands and broken skin.
