Add an appropriate amount to an aromatherapy inhaler. Avoid prolonged direct inhalation from the bottle.
🧴 ADULT BODY OIL / BALM
If permitted by the current product label, dilute up to 5% in a suitable carrier oil or professionally formulated balm. Use a lower concentration for sensitive skin and patch test first.
Apply only to intact skin on the upper chest or shoulders. Avoid the face, front of the neck, nostrils and broken skin.
🚫 NO STEAM INHALATION
Do not add to bowls of hot water for steam inhalation. This method may cause burns, eye irritation or airway discomfort and is especially unsuitable for children.
