🌿 HOW TO USE

💨 BEDTIME DIFFUSION
Follow the diffuser and product-label instructions. Diffuse for approximately 30–60 minutes before bedtime in a well-ventilated room, then switch off before the child sleeps.

Avoid continuous overnight diffusion unless specifically approved by the manufacturer and supervised by an adult.

🧴 TOPICAL USE
Dilute to 2%, or follow the current age-specific label. Patch test first and apply sparingly to intact skin on the upper back or feet.

Avoid the face, chest, front of the neck, hands and broken skin.

🛁 AROMATIC BATH
Use only with a suitable essential-oil dispersant or professionally formulated children’s bath base. Bubble bath, milk, carrier oil and bath salt may not reliably disperse essential oils.

🛏️ LINEN SPRAY
Use only a professionally formulated, preserved and properly solubilised linen spray. Water and alcohol recipes should not be stored without appropriate formulation testing. Spray linens away from children and allow them to dry completely.
