FOR DIFFUSION

Add a small number of drops to your diffuser according to its capacity and operating instructions.

Begin with fewer drops because Scots Pine has a strong aroma.

Ideal for:

FOR ADULT TOPICAL USE

Always dilute Scots Pine Essential Oil in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the body.

Suggested adult body dilution: approximately 1–3%.

Example adult blend:

• Up to 3 drops Scots Pine
• 5 ml suitable carrier oil

Mix thoroughly and perform a patch test before wider application.

Do not apply to the face, front of the neck, broken skin or sensitive areas.

FOR CHILDREN

Although the supplier lists this oil as KidSafe®, children require a much lower age-appropriate dilution.

Use only according to the product label or qualified professional guidance, with continuous adult supervision. Do not use the adult topical recipe for children.
