Combine equal parts of:
• Lemon
• Peppermint
Adjust the total number of drops according to your diffuser capacity.
Peppermint has separate age and safety restrictions. This blend may not be suitable for infants or young children.
FOR TOPICAL USE
Always dilute Lemon Essential Oil in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Do not exceed a 2% topical dilution.
Use a lower concentration for sensitive skin and perform a patch test before wider application.
