FOR DIFFUSION
Add the recommended number of drops to your diffuser according to its capacity and operating instructions.

FOR PERSONAL INHALER
Add an appropriate amount to the absorbent wick according to the inhaler instructions.
Keep the inhaler away from direct contact with the eyes, nose and skin. Do not insert it into the nostrils.
FOR TOPICAL USE
Always dilute Spearmint Essential Oil in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Maximum recommended topical dilution: 1.7%.
Example adult blend:
• Up to 3 drops Spearmint Essential Oil
• 10 ml suitable carrier oil
Mix thoroughly and perform a patch test before wider application.
For children, use a lower age-appropriate dilution according to the product label or qualified professional guidance.

🛁 FOR BATH USE

Do not add undiluted Spearmint Essential Oil directly to bathwater.
Bubble bath, carrier oil and Epsom salts do not reliably disperse essential oils unless specifically formulated for this purpose.
Use only with a properly formulated essential-oil bath dispersant or a ready-made bath base designed for essential-oil blending. Follow its instructions carefully and remain below the 1.7% maximum topical dilution.
