For Diffusion
Combine equal parts Bergamot, Patchouli, and Pink Grapefruit in an aromatherapy diffuser, personal inhaler, or diffuser locket for a fresh and relaxing aroma.
For Massage
Mix 2 drops of Bergamot with 2 teaspoons of your preferred carrier oil. Gently massage onto areas that feel tight or tired.
