Add the recommended number of drops to your diffuser according to its capacity and operating instructions.

FOR FACIAL SKINCARE
Dilute to approximately 0.5–1% in a suitable facial carrier oil, serum base or unscented moisturiser.
Prepare only a small portion, mix thoroughly and perform a patch test before applying to the face.
Do not add an undiluted drop directly to the skin or into an entire container of moisturiser.
FOR BODY CARE
Dilute to approximately 1–3% in a suitable carrier oil or unscented body lotion.
Example adult body blend:

• 15 ml suitable carrier oil
Mix thoroughly and apply only to healthy, unbroken skin as part of a general body-care or massage routine.
