If approved for your diffuser model, add 3–4 drops per 100 ml of water or follow the device instructions. Vanilla extracts may differ in viscosity and composition, so confirm compatibility before use.
Alternatively, add a suitable amount to a personal inhaler.

Dilute to 2–3% in a suitable carrier oil or properly formulated lotion base. Mix thoroughly and patch test before wider application.
