🧴 ADULT BODY OIL
Dilute to 0.5–2% in a suitable carrier oil, following the current official label. Begin with the lowest concentration, especially for sensitive skin.
Patch test first, then apply a small amount to intact skin on limited areas such as the feet. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
💨 AROMATIC USE
Use in a diffuser only if permitted by the current product label. Follow the diffuser instructions, use a small amount and ensure good ventilation.
🚫 DO NOT COMBINE WITH HEAT
Do not use with heating pads, hot compresses, tight bandages, saunas or immediately before/after a hot shower. Heat may increase irritation.

First time getting this. It has a pleasant scent. Need to mix this oil with a carrier to apply on skin.
Bought this for the first time to try it out. When I first opened the bottle, the strong spice scent took me by surprise. At first I was bit worried I wouldn't like the smell because it's too strong. But once I used it in the nebuliser, it turned out quite ok. The scent is very refreshing. It also helped to clear my sinus congestion.
