🌿 HOW TO USE

💨 DIFFUSER
Add the recommended number of drops to your diffuser and follow the device instructions. Diffuse for approximately 30–60 minutes before bedtime in a well-ventilated room.

Switch off before sleeping unless the diffuser is designed for safe intermittent overnight operation.

🌸 COTTON BALL METHOD
Place 1 drop on a cotton ball and position it away from the face, skin, children and pets. Prevent contact with bedding and test for staining first.

💆 BODY OIL
Dilute to 2–3% in a suitable carrier oil or properly formulated lotion. Patch test first and massage a small amount onto the legs or feet.

🛁 AROMATIC BATH
Use with a suitable essential-oil dispersant or professionally formulated bath base. Body wash or shampoo may not reliably disperse essential oils in bathwater.

Do not add the undiluted blend directly to water.
